No Bake Peanut Butter Crack Bars |
There is nothing better than peanut butter and chocolate, and best of all, this is no bake!
So easy to make and so delicious!!! It’s just hard to wait while they chill.
No baking required |
There’s many versions of this all over the ‘net, but none of them have this nice crispy crackly topping. Just like eating a Nestle’s Crunch Bar!!! But you can leave out the crisp rice cereal if you prefer. To me it just adds a little interesting point to something already indescribably delicious.
Great snack for summer (hey, no oven!!!) or any time!

These look delicious! I love that they're no-bake, and I just love peanut butter and chocolate.

Sounds yummy, similar to ones we have made for years, though I like the layer idea. I wouldn't recommend using vegetable oil for much of anything. Coconut oil or organic butter are much better choices 🙂
kelley says
confused about how much peanut butter for this..calls for it twice in recipe, yet the amount is strange is it split for each instruction, 1 tbsp then? of 2 tbsp 2x?
Judith Hanneman says
The one cup of PB is for the BOTTOM layer. The *topping* contains the 2 tbs of additional PB

I edited the recipe Kelley so it makes it clearer.
Mary Meyer says
Could you double this recipe for a
9×13 pan? Or would that make them to thick?
Judith Hanneman says
I'm sure you could Mary and my guess is they'd be about the same thickness. A 8" or 9" square pan is usually called for when you halve a recipe from a 9 x 13.
